PBIS is an acronym used to describe a system of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. PBIS focuses on teaching behavioral expectations in the same way as any other academic subject. Rather than having a system of school rules that focus on what students should NOT do, our school uses a system of behavioral expectations that focus on what students SHOULD do. At FHES, our three expectations are:
1. Be Safe.
2. Be Responsible.
3. Be Respectful.
